Function Room Hire

We are located at the lower Baildon so we are close to Saltaire, Shipley, Bradford, Yeadon, Leeds, Guiseley, Bingley, Cottingley.

We have two function rooms for hire, the Hall and the Meeting Room. The building has central heating and three toilets. One toilet is multi-access and includes a baby changing table. The kitchen is available for either room booked (extra cost, see below). There is plenty of off-road parking in our car park. The outside of the building is flood lit from dusk ‘til dawn. St Hugh’s is well-maintained and clean.

Room Hire - The Hall

The Hall - Function Room Hire for the areas of Baildon Saltaire Shipley Bradford Yeadon Leeds Guiseley Bingley Cottingley
The Hall is our largest room for hire. It measures approximately 18 metres by 8 metres. It’s wooden floor makes it ideal for exercise and dance. It is a multi-use room suitable for many types of activity: private functions, youth activities, mother and toddler groups, keep fit/exercise and dance classes, arts and craft classes, senior citizens’ drop-in clubs, coffee mornings, social events, adult education classes, training courses, presentations, conferences and exhibitions, and small musical or theatre productions. The Hall can seat up to 80 and accommodate events for 120 people comfortably.

Included in the cost is use of: large tables (1830x685mm), small tables (915x 685), up to 80 chairs, piano, music centre, loop system.

 

Room Hire- The Meeting Room

The Meeting Room is carpeted and contains tables and chairs. It seats 24 comfortably. This room is more suited to meetings and activities for smaller groups. It measures 8 metres by 5 metres.

 

Kitchen

Our modern kitchen includes a range cooker, automatic water boiler for hot drinks, crockery, cutlery, pans and cooking utensils. We have a double sink for washing up and a separate hand wash facility.

 

Charges

Charges are based on either continuous/regular use and one-off events

Please note the minimum hire is 2 hours. Other arrangements may be considered for regular users.
